How to apply Grama Volunteer Jobs Online? Step by Step Guide

Apply Online AP Grama volunteer Recruitment 2019: District collectors issued a notification to recruit 1,84,498 (nearly 2 lakhs Grama Volunteers) village volunteers in 13 districts of the andhrapradesh state.

The announcement was made for a total of 21,600 volunteers in the East Godavari district.

Applications are invited from all the candidates in the district-wise calculation of 50 families per volunteers.

According to the Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Department officials, there is a possibility of increasing the number of volunteers in need.

Many tribal villages in Visakhapatnam district do not even have 50 families and the district authorities have asked for advice from the Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Department on how to recruit volunteers.

Every 50 families in the villages are eligible for volunteer recruitment online. The gramavolunteer.ap.gov.in website will be available from 24-06-2019.

How to fill in application on the website:

Step One: Validation

Select the region, qualification and date of birth options and click on the check box.

Step Two: Candidate Standard

• Enter the Aadhaar number and click on the "Send OTP" button. OTP gets a mobile number which is a link to Aadhaar.
• Enter the OTP number and click on the Verify OTP number button.
• If there is no Aadhaar, you have to register with the mobile number and click the 'Aadhaar Not Available' link button. Once again, enter the mobile number and click on the 'Send OTP' button. Enter it and click on the Verify OTP link button.

Step Three: Personal Information

Select the candidate's name, gender, father's name and date of birth and click on the 'Verify Aadhaar' button. In the next step, upload the photo and click on the button.

Enter the address and upload the voter, ration card in pdf file format to confirm the residence and click the Edit button.

After entering the mobile number and clicking on the 'Send OTP' button, the mobile will get the OTP number. Enter it and click on the 'Verify OTP' link button.

Step Four: Education

Upload the Intermediate Board, University, Registration Number, Pass Grade, Year of Examination, Percentage (Percentage), Education Certificate and click the Go and Continue button.

SSC and Inter for Rural areas; SSC, Degree for Urban areas; SSC for Tribal areas, certificates should be attached in pdf file format.

Step Five: Social Details

If you belong to the OC category, you must select the radio button. If there is no handicap, then 'NO' should be selected. Select the declaration and click on the Apply button.

If you not belong to the OC category, select the radio button as NO. Enter the Caste Certificate ID and click on verify details. The candidate details will be displayed. Click on the 'Choose File' button and select the certificate and click the upload button.

If you have a disability, select the radio button. Enter the Disability Type, Validation ID and click on the Choose File icon button, select the certificate and click on the Upload button.

After completing all the details, Check once again if you've mentioned any wrong information and after confirming click on the 'Apply' button and the application will be successful processed and the ID number will be displayed. Note down or take a printout for further reference.
